As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery.
You will partner with the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.
Responsibilities Serving Residents in the clinic through administrative tasks that include answering phones, filing documents, etc.
Ordering and receiving medical supplies from vendors Maintaining and operating various equipment including dental equipment carts, medical equipment carts, etc.
Assisting other employees with projects as needed.
Maintain daily documentation including patient charts and medication records.
Contribute to the community services by assisting in production of public service announcements and marketing efforts.
One instance of selling various items from coffee to merchandise from our merchandise department.
Desired Experience and Education High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with dental or medical software preferred.
