Facility runs a care team model, locum CRNA s as Independent but will have supervising Physician to assist. Will strictly be performing their own cases (if you have candidates who prefer a mix of supervising/performing own cases please let us know client feels candidates will have quicker/smoother ramp-up and integration into team if performing own cases only); cases include general surgery, orthopedics, gyn, ENT, urology, ophthalmology (vitrectomy, cataract), podiatry; facility performs vascular and thoracic cases but these will not be required
